Heard the learned counsel for petitioners. The grievance of petitioners is that, without acquiring the land of petitioners tender notice is issued by the respondents for construction of the storage tank on the land of the petitioner.

Affidavit in reply is filed by the respondent No. 3 to the effect that, directions have been given to cancel the tender notice. The tender has been cancelled.

In view of the affidavit filed by the respondent No. 3, the grievance of the petitioners does not subsist. As such, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
