This application is by the wife of the deceasedoriginal respondent No.3 in claim petition filed by the parents of the deceased.

This court by order dated 24-06-2024 in CA/4499/2024 has allowed the mother of the deceased to

(2) 924ca10743.24 withdraw 75% of the amount of her share that was deposited in the office of this court by the insurance company. 4.

Considering the above, the application is partly allowed. The applicant is entitled to receive 75% of the amount of her share from the amount deposited in the office of this court alongwith accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking.

With this, application stands disposed off.
