Mr. Sawant, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar has issued directions to re-fix the pay of the employees as per the Circular dated 28.07.2014.

Mr. Shelke, learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad, on instructions, submits that re-pay fixation has not yet been done.

The respondents shall not re-fix the pay of the petitioners without issuing notices to the petitioners. After the notices are issued to the petitioners, the petitioners will have liberty to file their detail say and after receiving reply from the petitioners the decision shall be taken with regard to the re-pay fixation of the petitioners on its own merits.

With these observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
