The applicant is seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the respondent Acquiring Body alongwith interest accrued thereon. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent Acquiring Body opposed the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "a". The applicant is permitted to

{2} CA 11323 OF 2025 withdraw entire amount of compensation deposited by the acquiring body in this Court alongwith interest accrued thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
