The learned counsel submits that respondent No. 3 is a Government Dental College, Nagpur. However, the description of respondent No. 3 is wrongly given in the title clause and seeks leave to amend.

It is submitted that the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the committee. The result of the petitioner's 1st year B.D.S. examination is withheld for non submission of validity certificate.

We have heard the learned Additional Government Pleader and Mr. Sant, learned counsel for respondent No. 4. 5.

The respondent No. 2 - committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within 9 months. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceeding.

The respondent No. 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending and depending upon the result, and if, the petitioner is otherwise eligible then, the respondent No. 4 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies of 2nd year only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. 7.
