This is an application for bringing the Legal Representatives of original claimant Dattatraya Manikrao Kashte in First Appeal No.668 of 2017. The matter is already settled in Lok Adalat.

Perused the order passed by Head of the Panel of Lok Adalat. I do not find any legal impediment to bring Legal Representatives of original respondent No.1 on record. So also, as the mater is settled in Lok Adalat, permission can be granted to applicants to withdraw remaining compensation amount of

(2) CA No.12222/2018 Rs.64,466/- alongwith accrued interest thereon, subject to filing of undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) that the applicants are the only Legal Representatives of respondent Dattatraya Manikrao Kashte.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses 'B' and 'C', subject to condition of filing written undertaking, as directed above, before the Registrar (Judicial). 4.

Civil Application is disposed of.
