CORAM: RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.

DATE :- 14th October, 2016 Per Court:

The Applicant/ original Petitioner prays for adding paragraphs 13-A and 13-B to the Writ Petition. The learned Advocates for the Non Applicants/ Respondents have opposed the application.

I find that the petition lodged in 1998 is to be heard finally. The addition of paragraphs 13-A and 13-B at this stage would enable the Non Applicants/ Respondents to file their additional affidavit, if any, before commencing the final hearing in the petition.

*2* In the light of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. The Applicant/ original Petitioner shall amend the petition by adding paragraphs 13-A and 13-B on or before 21.10.2016. After the amendment is carried out, the Applicant shall supply the amended memo of the petition to the Respondents. All the Respondents are at liberty to file their additional affidavit after receipt of the amended memo of the petition, on or before 21.11.2016.
