Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent nos.1 and 2 to take decision on the proposals submitted by the Petitioner-Society seeking 100% grant-in-aid to Colleges run by it namely Rajkunwar Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Kinwat, Taluka Kinwat, District Nanded and Rajukunwar Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Vani, Taluka Vani, District Yeotmal, being run in the Naxalite affected area and to sanction the amount accordingly.

Heard learned advocate for the petitioner. Learned AGP waives notice for all the respondents.

Petitioner is a Public Trust and is a Society, which runs above mentioned two colleges in the Naxalite affected area and according to the Government Policy, it is stated that they are entitled to get grant-in-aid.

Learned AGP, upon instructions, makes a statement that the proposals of the Petitioner/Society would be decided within a period of Four (4) months from today. Said Statement is taken as an undertaking.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent nos.1 and 2 to decide the said proposals within a period of four months from today.
