In view of our order dated 15.09.2025, the girl has been produced before this Court. We have made inquiry with her in our chamber. She states that her age as 19 years 7 months. She admits that

19-CWP-1300--25.odt {2} there was marriage between herself and the petitioner on 11.03.2025. However, she denies that now she has been confined by her parents. She states that she is voluntarily residing with her parents. 2.

Taking into consideration the fact that the girl is major, she is at liberty to stay wherever she desires. The only fact which we have inquired in this writ petition was whether she has been confined. When she says that she was voluntarily residing with her parents, THE question of issuing a writ of habeas corpus does not arise, and therefore, we disposed of the writ petition.
