DATE : 21-11-2022 P.C. :- The petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the Special Land Acquisition Officer in deciding their application preferred under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 dated 15.03.2019. The petitioners contend that they have already complied with all the objections called upon to be complied with by the Special Land Acquisition Officer vide his communication dated 07.08.2020.

If the proceeding preferred by the petitioner under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act has not been decided by the respondent-SLAO, he shall decide it as expeditiously as possible and in any event within three months. Writ Petition is disposed of.
