DATE : 22/09/2017 PER COURT :- Mr.Jadhav, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has been admitted to MBBS course. The examination form of the 3rd year MBBS course of the petitioner has not been accepted on the ground that validity certificate is not yet obtained Validation proceedings are still pending.

2] Mr.S.W.Mundhe, learned AGP, on instructions states that validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is still pending and at present is at the stage of vigilance, the same can be concluded within three months. Mr.Sham Patil, learned counsel appears for respondent no.3.

3] Respondent no.2 Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within three months. The petitioner shall cooperate in

-2expeditious disposal of the said proceeding. Petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 5th October 2017.

4] Respondents 3 and 4 shall not refuse to accept examination form and declare the result of the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending, however, respondents 3 and 4 shall not award Degree certificate to the petitioner unless and until the claim is validated.

5] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Authenticate copy is allowed.
