Though learned counsel seeks liberty for the applicant to file an application for bail in the event of change of circumstance, however, learned APP has pointed out that at present, the trial court has framed charge. The same is also reflected from the status report dated 22.03.2022 submitted by the trial court in terms of the

905-BA-1395-2021 -2compliance of the order passed by this Court, stating therein that the learned Judge of the trial court has framed charge against the accused on 22.03.2022. It is for the applicant to file an application for bail in the event of the change in circumstance, if any. However, once the trial is commenced, no such liberty can be granted.
