Hence, in view of nature of subject-matter as well as reasons mentioned in the application, permission is granted to serve the notice to respondent Nos.1 and 2 through paperpublication. The notice be published in daily newspaper 'Daily Lokmat' circulated in the Ahmednagar District. Notice be returnable on 1st November, 2017.
