The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3.

Mr. Pawar, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that, in the year 2014 the proposal is submitted by the Head Master to the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare for grant of trained graduate teacher's pay scale to the petitioner. The Assistant Commissioner had forwarded the said proposal to the Divisional Deputy Commissioner. Thereafter some deficiencies were noticed. The said deficiencies were cleared. Even Assistant Commissioner again intimated the Divisional Deputy Commissioner that the deficiencies are cleared. The same was
2 wp 2165.17 communicated under letter dated 13.01.2015. However, the respondent No. 2 has not taken any decision on it as yet. 3.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that, if same is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits. 4.
Considering the above, we pass following order. 5.
The respondent No. 2 shall take decision on the proposal of the petitioner for grant of trained graduate teacher's pay scale as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four
(04) months from today on its own merits. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
