Heard the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respective parties.

In all civil applications filed for bringing on record legal heirs of the deceased claimants, the applications are allowed and disposed of. 3.
The appellants to carry out necessary amendment within a period of two weeks.

The appeals are filed by the acquiring body. The stay is granted subject to deposit of 75% of the compensation amount granted by the
914 CA 1880-2023 Reference Court.

In all applications filed for withdrawal of amount, the claimants/applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount as directed by the Reference Court along with accrued interest thereon till date subject to filing of undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
Upon such undertaking is produced, the Registrar (Judicial) to disburse the amount as directed above. The civil applications filed for withdrawal of amount are disposed of accordingly.

In all applications filed for stay, the learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the amount has been deposited in this Court as per the directions of this Court. In view of the same, the Stay order passed by this Court dated 10/03/2022, in the applications for stay, is confirmed. The application filed for Stay stand disposed of. 7.
The appeals are Admitted.
