PER COURT :- The petitioner is admitted to B.Pharm. course as against a seat reserved for Other Backward Classes (OBC) category. The caste certificate verification proposal of the petitioner is pending with respondent No.2 committee. As a result of failure of the petitioner to submit validation certificate, the respondent No.3 university has not declared the res ult as well as has refused to accept the examination form of the petitioner. In the circumstances, respondent No.3 is directed to accept the examination form of the petitioner for the fifth semester examination and shall declare result of the petitioner of the forth semester examination. Respondent No.2 is directed to take decision on the caste certificate verification proposal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 8 months from today.
