Perused affidavit in reply filed by Shankar s/o Kisanrao Shinde, Assistant Police Inspector, Police Station incharge, Ajintha police station, Aurangabad [Rural] dated 16/11/2015. Said affidavit in reply is filed in pursuance to the order passed by this Court on 28/10/2015. In the affidavit in reply Investigating Officer has stated that statement of the victim recorded u/s 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was submitted in a sealed packet along with the charge sheet and therefore copy of the same could not be given.
