The applicants before us are the parents-in-law of the informant. It has been specifically alleged in the F.I.R. that on 14th March, 2023 these applicants driven her out of her matrimonial home. She had to call her brother, who accompanied her to her parental home. These applicants are also alleged to have made a demand of Rs.50,000/-. Her husband used to be in Pune on account of his service.
