These applications are moved for modification of orders dated 06.09.2024 passed in Civil Application Nos. 7958 and 7975 of 2024. In the orders this Court has quoted the amounts in the operative order portion. It is informed by the learned Advocate for the applicant that infact the amount mentioned in the order is the only principal amount. The Acquiring Body while depositing the amount in this Court has deposited the amount along with statutory benefits and interest. The order, therefore, be corrected by removing the figures. The operative orders dated 06.09.2024 in Civil Application Nos. 7958 and 7975 of 2024, in now be read as under :- "b) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount along with accrued interest on

( 2 ) ca10051.25 furnishing usual undertaking that in case the appeal succeeds the applicant shall re-deposit the amount along with interest within 12 weeks from such order in the office of this Court."

Needless to mention that the amount withdrawn pursuant to earlier order shall also be considered while allowing withdrawal as per modified order.

The Civil Applications for modification of orders accordingly stand disposed off.
