Mr. Dande, learned counsel for applicant - Corporation fervidly submits that in view of order dated 14th October, 2016 passed by this Court, the applicant / appellant - Corporation has already deposited entire amount of compensation awarded by the learned trial Court, in this Court and at this juncture he does not want to insist for stay to execution of decree and prayed for suitable order.

In view of aforesaid submission, the civil application for stay stands disposed of.
