PER COURT :- Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Counsel appearing for the Acquiring Body. In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the parties, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount under the award on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

II) Balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank.

III) Civil Application No.12877 of 2018 stands disposed of.
