PER COURT :- Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that, by passage of time, the matter is rendered infructuous. So far as the other reliefs claimed in the petition are concerned, it would be open for the petitioner to approach the Assistant Charity Commissioner for redressal of the grievances and if the petitioner approaches the concerned authority, it would be open for the concerned authority to take appropriate steps in accordance with the provisions of law and on consideration of the merit of the contentions of the petitioner.

In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
