This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the District Magistrate, Jalgaon to take decision on the application tendered by the petitioner - bank under section 14 of the the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assests and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short "SEFESI Act"), as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from today and it is accordingly directed.
