Heard the rival submissions. The application is for condonation of delay of 883 days in flinn frst appeal by the Acquirinn Body. It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that the delay has been caused on the administrative nround. 2.

Hence, in view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay can be condoned thounh stronnly opposed by the respondent No. 1 - orininal claimant. Hence, the application is allowed and the delay of 883 days stands condoned 3.
