The operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Omerga dated 27.12.2010 in LAR No. 737/2005 (Old No.111/2001) is hereby stayed on condition that the applicants shall deposit entire amount under the award within 10 weeks. Failing therein, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without back reference to the Court.
