The petitioner has already raised a grievance relating to incurring of expenditure for development purposes out of the grants disbursed by the State Government. The petitioner has also objected to the communication dated Nil/01/2015, issued by the Collector, annexed at Exhibit-E, page 41. According to the petitioner, grievance raised by the Municipal Council has not been considered.

It would be open for the petitioner to pursue the matter with the Commissioner/Director of Municipal Administration. The Director of Municipal Administration shall consider the application tendered by petitioner and issue appropriate directions if deemed

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
