The petitioner is challenging the order of suspension. The said order is passed by the Chief Auditor and Accounts Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon.

As per Rule 12 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, the appeal would lie before the Chief Executive Officer.

In view of that, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal. In that event all contentions are kept open. No costs.
