ORDER :- This Court is informed that the appeal preferred by the Insurance Company is already dismissed.

Therefore, the applicants-original claimants are permitted to withdraw the entire deposited compensation amount with accrued interest thereon in this court.

The Registrar (Judicial) of this Court shall permit withdrawal of entire deposited compensation amount with accrued interest thereon by the applicant No.1 Sundrabai @ Girja Kashinath Dhole, subject to filing written undertaking in First Appeal by applicants No. 2 and 3 giving no objection for the same. The undertaking be submitted before the learned (Registrar) within two weeks from the date of this order. Civil Application is allowed in above terms and disposed of accordingly. [ SUNIL K.
