These appeals are placed before the Lok Adalat by the appellantState. 2.

Mr. Rajendra Wagh, Special Land Acquisition Officer, Jalgaon is present. He informs to have instructions to withdraw the appeal since the amount of compensation awarded by Reference Court is well below four times of the amount awarded by the Special Land Acquisition Officer in view of the Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 along

2 62-64 FA 3310-22+.odt with subsequent Corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018. The amount is already deposited. The respondents/claimants are at liberty to withdraw the amount deposited in the Reference Court, Jalgaon. 3.

As such, the First Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

All civil applications are also stand disposed of. 5.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act.
