It appears that applicant - Harischandra yashwantrao Katkar @ Mohd. Alimuddin Siddiqui has deposited an amount of Rs. 10,000/- in the Registry of this Court. He is seeking the refund of the said amount.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). The applicant be permitted to withdraw the said amount unconditionally. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
