Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.2 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner immediately and second prayer is that respondent No.3 should not take coercive action against the petitioner. It is to be noted that taking into consideration the disqualification suffered, we are not inclined to grant relief of prayer clause 'B'.

Learned AGP after waiving notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and on instructions from respondent No.2 makes a statement that the it will take twelve months to decide the claim of the petitioner in view of the pendency of the matters before the [1]
