Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 22.03.2019 passed by the Joint Director, (Marketing), Maharashtra State, Pune in Appeal No. 30 of 2017, whereby appeal filed by the petitioner came to be rejected. The petitioner also assails the communication dated 05.07.2017 made by the Secretary, APMC, Nanded.

After going through the record I find that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the Joint Director, (Marketing), Maharashtra State, Pune was itself not maintainable on the ground that there was no any order or decision taken by the APMC.

In view of that I am not inclined to entertain the present

However, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application before the APMC, Nanded and the APMC, Nanded shall pass an order in accordance with law.

The APMC, Nanded shall take decision within the stipulated period.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
