This Application is for recall of the order dated 20.10.2022 passed by this Court which reads as under: "1.

The civil applications for condonation of delay were allowed subject to the removal of objections. Hence, last chance is given to the applicants to remove office objections. If the applicants fail to remove office objections within four weeks, the order in civil applications condoning the delay will be recalled and civil applications will be automatically stand dismissed without reference to the Court." 2.

The learned Advocate for both the sides are present. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant undertakes to comply with the office objections and seeks recall of the said order to allow his Application.

On hearing both the sides, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' subject to costs of Rs.2,500/- to be paid to the Respondent No.1, who is the Claimant. 5.
