The petitioner/APMC, Dhule has put forth prayer clause 'B' as under :- "B. By way of writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ order or directions in the like nature, this Hon'

ble High Court may kindly direct the respondent No.3 District Deputy Registrar, Dhule to decide the Dispute No.315/2001 dated 24.01.2001 filed by the petitioner, expeditiously and within the particular time frame." 2.

The issue in this petition is limited only to directing respondent No.3 to decide the pending dispute. The learned AGP submits on instructions that the APMC did not pursue the said proceedings and khs/Nov.2022/11038

- 2 - after almost 22 years, prays that the dispute lodged on 24.01.2001 be decided within a time-frame. Respondent No.3 is unable to trace out the file.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner is willing to assist respondent No.3 for reconstructing the file at it'

s end and tender the entire compilation of the file to respondent No.3, on or before 15.12.2022.

In view of the above statement, this petition is disposed off. 5.

After the petitioner tenders the reconstructed file, which shall be verified by respondent No.3 by following the procedure as is applicable, respondent No.3 shall decide the said pending dispute No.315/2001, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 15.06.2023.
