Same is not decided. 2] Respondent No.3 though served, none appears for respondent No.3. We have heard learned AGP as well.

3] In case the application filed by the petitioner under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act (Exhibit 'B' page 17) is still pending, then respondent No.2 shall decide the said application, on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all concerned, expeditiously and preferably within 9 months.
