The applicants are seeking quashment of Crime No. 318/2012, registered with Zillapeth Police Station Jalgaon District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 352, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and the subsequent Regular Criminal Case No. 87/2013 pending before the Magistrate.

After hearing both the sides when we express our disinclination to grant any relief to the applicants on merits inter alia also on the ground that the trial has already commenced and even examination in chief of the 1/2

963 CRAPP 2676 21.odt respondent No. 2 is over, the learned advocate for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application but requests for a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial because the applicants have to take a lawyer from Aurangabad all the way to the trial court in Jalgaon. 4.

The Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and shall conclude it as early as possible.
