DATE : 12th January, 2015 ORAL ORDER Plaint in Regular Civil Suit No.101 of 2011, instituted against a registered co-operative society, came to be returned for want of jurisdiction, which order was upheld by the Appellate Court in accordance with Co-operative Societies Act.

Admittedly, the issue involved in the instant petition is within the domain of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 and appropriate remedy is available to the petitioner before the forum constituted under the said Act.

In view of above, no case for interference is made out. Petition, therefore, stands rejected with no order as to costs. (N.W. SAMBRE, J.) amj
