This is a habeas corpus Petition, filed by a son for tracing out his mother.

On 06/09 /2023, this Court had issued notice to the respondents. The mother of the petitioner is said to have appeared before the Gangapur Police Station yesterday. The City Chowk Police Station Officer has now produced her before us. We have entertained the matter in the Chamber. The petitioner is also present. We have interacted with the mother of the petitioner (allegedly missing woman). She told us to have a property dispute

with her relations from paternal side. The Sub-Divisional Officer refused to record her name in the revenue record. She is, however, unable to state where she was for the last many days. 3.

From the interaction with the mother of the petitioner, we find her to be conscious oriented. She understands her own well being. She proposes to join her son. She being an adult woman, we leave her to her discretion.

In view of the aforesaid, the Petition stands disposed of.
