PER COURT :- This is an application for setting aside the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial), refusing registration of the Contempt Petition, on account of failure of the applicant to remove objections. Heard.

For the reasons recorded in the Application, Application deserves to be allowed and it is accordingly allowed. The order passed by the Registrar (Judicial), refusing registration of the Contempt Application is quashed and set aside. The applicant shall remove the office objections within a period of four weeks from today. In the event of failure, the order passed in the instant application shall be deemed to have been recalled.
