Learned Counsel for the applicant / appellant submits that in fact, in view of the order dated 4th August, 2011 of this Court at Principal Seat passed in the case of Roma Sukhajitsingh Saini vs Nirmalsingh Habhansingh Saini and ors in Criminal Appeal Stamp No.978/2010, it was not necessary to file an application for condonation of

6019.14crapln delay since no limitation is provided u/s 372 of Cr.P.C. within which appeal should be filed. Even otherwise, upon perusal of the contents of the application for condonation of delay, we find that sufficient cause has been disclosed.
