The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court in Writ Petition No.8921/2019 under order dated 24.07.2019 allowed the claim of the Mohanish Bhikan Thakur (cousin brother of the petitioner). The same documents are relied by the petitioner as relied by the Mohanish Bhikan Thakur.

The matter is pending with the Committee.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that within three months the caste claim of the petitioner would be decided.

The petitioner can bring it to the notice of the committee the judgment of this Court in Writ

(2) 59-wp-11499-2019 Petition No.8921/2019 dated 24.07.2019. Naturally, the Committee is required to consider all the aspects of the matter.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
