Heard learned Advocates appearing for respective parties. 2.

By this application, applicant seeks transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition- A No.59 of 2022, pending before Family Court, Latur to learned Civil Judge Senior Division at Ambejogai. 3.

The learned Advocate appearing for applicant submits that two proceedings instituted by applicant-wife are already pending before the Court at Ambejogai. It would be convenient if proceeding instituted by respondent-husband before Family Court at Latur is transferred to Ambejogai.

Learned Advocate appearing for respondent formally objects to transfer of proceeding.

However, considering distance between Ambejogai to Latur, it would be convenient for both parties if proceeding is

In that view of the matter, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'C'.

Parties to appear before learned Civil Judge Senior Division at Ambejogai on 15.09.2025.
