(ii) First Appeal No.1590 of 2010 be listed for final hearing on 21st December 2021.

(iii) Mr Bedre, learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to inform the next date of final hearing of appeal to Mr Gatne, learned Counsel for respondent no.2/Insurance Company.
