Heard. On perusal of police papers, it is found that after assault, the complainant was referred to Medical Officer for treatment, who has issued certificate of injury. In view of this, the complaint does not appear false. It might contain little exaggeration but that would be subject matter of the trial. We are not inclined to entertain this application.
