Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount. Amount of Rs.22,17,452/- has been deposited in this Court. Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that the appeal has been filed mainly on the ground of quantum. Under such circumstance, the applicants who appeared to be the parents of the deceased, are allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.7,00,000/- each subject to filing an undertaking within a period of eight weeks that they would make the said amount good, if directed at the time of final disposal of the appeal. 2.
