Civil Application 12732/2021 is moved for bringing the legal representatives of deceased Shaikh Mujeeb s/o Abdul Rahim, as he is said to have died on 6.8.2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Similarly, CA Nos.112/2022 and 113/2022 are moved to bring the legal representatives of deceased Shaikh Mujib Ahmed Shaikh Abdul Rahim, who is Respondent No. 1 in both the writ petitions viz. WP No. 14509/2017 and 14534/2017. It is submitted that right to sue survives to the legal representatives of the deceased and hence the respective applicants are permitted to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased by making necessary amendment in the cause title of the writ petitions as well as CRA within fourteen days from today. 3.

After carrying out the necessary amendment, amended copies be furnished to the other side. 4.

The applications for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased stand disposed of.
