Delay of 84 days has occurred in filing the present appeals. For the reasons stated in the application which according to me are just and sufficient, the delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. Appeals be registered in accordance with law. Civil applications stand disposed of.

The learned counsel appearing for the acquiring body submits that, the amount of compensation under the award was deposited by the acquiring body in the executing court and the same has been already withdrawn by the respective claimants. In view of the submission so made, the present applications for stay do not survive and hence stands disposed of.
