Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the applicants. Delay is of just 23 days caused in filing appeal. On perusal of the application it shows that the delay occasioned on

22ca796.25 account of administrative reason. The applicant has not derived any advantage by making delay. The averments are not controverted by filing affidavit in reply. In that view of the matter, application stands allowed. Delay of 23 days stands condoned. Appeal be registered.

Heard the learned Advocate for the applicant. She submits that entire amount as per the award is deposited with the registry of this Court. The statement is accepted as it is supported by the endorsement of the office. In that view of the matter, the Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (B) & (C) and stands disposed of.
