For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.

Applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount along with proportionate accrued interest thereon. 50% of the amount shall be withdraw on furnishing undertaking and 25% amount shall be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Remaining amount be kept in fixed deposit, to be renewed from time to time, until further order.
