This Petition takes exception to the order passed by Special Judge under Atrocities Act of correcting the evidence of medical officer to the extent of date of examination of victim i.e. 08.06.2020 instead of 08.08.2020.

Having regard to the power and jurisdiction of the Court to correct the impugned order committed in recording of evidence, this Court has shown its disinclination to grant relief to the Petitioner. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the issue about the actual date of examination of victim, be kept open for arguments.

Needless to say that it is always open for the accused to raise any submission as provided by law. By keeping open arguments as provided by law, the Petition stands dismissed.
